Certified Carpet Systems was phenomenal from start to finish. Our carpet is builder-grade and 14 years old. Add to that fact we have 8 kids, 7 of whom are boys. I’m sure you can imagine the challenge facing Duane and Jeff.We’ve had our carpet cleaned by other companies in the past with very unsatisfactory results. I was resigned that our carpet would never actually look better, but at least it would be clean. Duane and Jeff proved me wrong. First, they spot-treated all the high-traffic areas and spots. Then — and I could hardly believe my eyes — they both literally got down on their hands and knees and scrubbed each spot with a bar of Fels-Naptha soap. During the actual carpet cleaning process, they got down on their hands and knees numerous times to scrub extra with the cleaning machine in high-traffic areas. When they were finished, I was in awe of the beautiful carpet they revealed. I did not think it was possible to have such amazing results.They also cleaned our couches and an area rug — all with excellent results.I highly recommend Certified Carpet Systems. In my 53 years, I’ve never hired a carpet cleaning company with such excellent and superior work ethic and results.
